: I have four SugarGliders -- 2 female and 2 male -- the females eat like little pigs. My youngest female discovered how much she likes HoneyNut Cheerios and practically begs for them. The other night I was eating SugarCrisp (sweented puffed wheat) and Brie came looking for a bite, so I gave her one. She took a few nibbles and looked at me sooo funny, like "hey, what's this, it's not my stuff" and stopped eating on the wheat puff. She came back for another bite, so she got another puff, again with a few nibbles and that look. I started to feel a little guilty for trickin' her, so went and got the real stuff. I gave her one of the Cheerios, she took a couple of bites, then tossed it back at me, like "mom, I dont want it now". : Belle, the oldest female, will try anything at least once. Saturday, I was having hamsalad for lunch, and for grins, gave Belle a little bit. You'd though I gave her ambrosia they way she was chowin' it down. When I stopped eating and put the container down, she went back into the pouch and went back to sleep. A few minutes later, I picked the container back up to eat some more, and out she pops, begging for more. We did this little routine until the ham salad was gone. She'll not ever get this type of treat again (much too many calories and fat -- I shouldnt be eatin' that stuff either) : Also for those who hit the Salad bar to stock your Gliders food supply, try some of the imitation crab meat on 'em some time, mine go nuts for it, and it didnt upset their system like the avacado I tried. : Tammy
