I don't think so, I freeze mine all the time. Try using a cookie sheet with wax paper on top, freeze them individually, when frozen scoop them up into a ziploc and you are good to go.

: does anyone know if freezing fresh fruits and veggies takes away any of the nutritional content? i just wondered cause i always have to buy larger amounts of fruits than tyler can eat and then they go bad and i end up throwing away a lot. thanks
