Elwin,

Good for you, I am so happy to hear that Rocky is much improved, just a little longer and he will surprize you. Saw your new Rescue site on your home page, it is wonderful what you are doing, I am not sure If i would have the courage to rescue these guys without keeping all of them. My hubby promises not to divorse me over the animals, but requests that we are not wall-to-wall gliders..lol

Wishing you the best of luck....

JO

:
: Last night Rocky(single male) ate solids. He devoured a couple of pieces of chicken. He now has Brisky's, Leadbetter's and fresh food in the cage. His juice is laced with neoCalGlucon but not his water. He crwled around for a bit until he wore himself out and then we put him in bed. I am still continueing the droper feeding of Leadbetter's during the day. I want to keep the level of calcium and D3 continuious.

: Finaly settled on names for the couple: Brad and Janet. We let them run around for a bit. Neither is bohtered by bright lights so we have to keep a close eye on them. Brad is eating anything in site and Janet has pigged on some worms. I am keeping dishes of everything in their cages as well. I want them to have the right foods avail for a change.'

: Now comes the long haul. Letting Rocky mend from his nutritional osteodystrophy and letting htem all bond with us. They will never be placed but will remain with us. They need a loving stable home.

: Thanks again to everyone who wrote with advise and a special thanks to Bourbon for checking on us. I will post picks this weekend.

: Health to everybodie and their fuzzy's of all variety.
