I give mine Libby's nector. It comes in a can ( like for soda) found in the canned fruit jusice aisle. Also you can use 100% fruit juices like Welches White Apple and grape. I have found in the cold section, "Fruitwise" 100% fruit drinks. I just freeze them up in icecube trays and wah Lah, nector for a month.
