Check with a travel agent or you can call the airline. I worked at a travel agency for over a year and had a friend that wanted to take her small dog on the plane with her.We had to call the airline and see if any other animals were in the cabin, because at the time they(delta airlines) only permitted two inside the cabin. The carrier also had to be able to fit under the seat. The fee was something like 50.00 each way.And make sure you make the arrangements well enough in advance. Sometimes the airlines can be jerks when you have to make special plans in a hurry with no notice.I hope this helps. : I'm planning on taking my sugargliders with me in a small cage in the airplane when I relocate. Has anyone flown in an airline with sugargliders? Is this allowed? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
