Hey Jess. first of all I don't have sugar gliders yet but I am planning on getting some. So I can't give you any medical advice because I simply don't know. I have been doing tons of research though and just had to ask this question. How do you have a glider without having a vet in the area?? What if it's an emergency. Where would you go?? I am not trying to be mean here, I don't want to do that, but I thought thats one of the big things to do before you get a glider?? I would just hate to hear of Roo having an emergency and not having anywhere close to go to. sounds like the bag balm is the right thing for the ears and feet. I don't know about popping the pimple. I wouldn't as it could lead to an open sore!! Tim
