The parrot food is too high in fat with all the nuts and the cat food can cause some intestinal distress, May I suggest that you go to sugarglider info and research the different food diets and find the right one for you. I feed mine brisky's , which is left in the cage at all times, and I also give them 2 days of fruits, 1 day of vegs, and 1 day of protiens(meats). Hope this helps....
