Fruits:
apple,cherries,papaya,cantelope,melon,citrus,ect.

Vegetables: broccoli,cauliflower,spinach,corn,squash,ect.

protien: mealworms,cat/dog food, pinky mice, hard boiled egg, ect.

These are for gliders in captivity. A wild glider (Austrailia/Indonesia) would chew bark of trees to suck out the sap, eat tree flowers, and many insects.

Must admit I don't own a glider but I have been doing a lot of research. If I am wrong about a certain item I am sorry. Just giving you info that I came across.
