The Guaranteed Analysis is 6.0% but the Nutritional Content does say 7.5%
I used the guaranteed analysis figure to compare because that is the only info Brisky's provides.
The guaranteed analysis min % fat means that it is the minimum percent fat this product has been shown to contain.
The nutritional content value is more like an average of what has been found in different batches (I believe, please correct me if I'm wrong.)
