You are doing fine with the bag balm, that is what my vet suggested... along with possibly picking up a humidifier and/or offering more fluids...
Leave the pimple alone! If you 'pop' it you will create an infectious opportunity.

Ok... you dont have a qualified vet? Are their any vets that will handle exotic animals of any kind? (ie - large cats, snakes, lizards?) Call them! Tell them you have a glider and ask them if there is a possibility that they can research and/or consult other vets that do handle gliders... you really need to do a lil'research and lots of pestering! You may be surprised at the cordial responses you may get from different vets... they love their work and many will see this as an opportunity and challenge.

It took my vet months to call me and say 'ok, Im ready.' And he certainly was!
