You might want to try and let her out in a small room, like the bathroom. Sit in there with a good book and let her run around. she will check out everything, including you. REMEMBER to keep the toilet lid down during the day and night to. Gliders cannot swin, and an open toilet is a very big danger to her. As for the biting, if you don't react eventually she will quit. When she realizes that it has no effect on you. So try very hard to not flinch or pull back, take the bite. Bonding, takes time and patience...you are doing great so far. Keep it up.... JO
: Arianna, : Please don't get discouraged, this takes time. She is going to need time to adjust to the new surroundings. You are doing a good thing by keeping her with you in your pocket, that way she will get her use to your scent. You have to remember she is a very small animals and you are a giant to her, so until she can learn to trust you she will probably be unsure of things. I experienced the same things with my Gliders when I first brought them home. Be patient the reward in the end is defenitly worth it. : You should check out some of the web sights on Gliders and read sections on bondng, they are very helpful...
