Before my Bicho disappeared, I would see him awake in the mornings and a couple of times I felt sorry for him thinking that he want to get out and play a little. Soooo...I let him out and where do I find him? Within minutes he was curled up on the guest bed behind one of the decorative pillows. (Any time in the evenings during his "out" times when I couldn't find him, he would be behind that same pillow.)

Needless to say, like your Moe, he was not very happy when he was "found out" and placed back in his cage. I couldn't trust him to stay out all day.

: I have a funny story to share with the rest of you about how spoiled my
: gliders are. When I only had Moe (I have 2 gliders now) one day when I was
: home I noticed that she was up in her cage during the day and acting very oddly, looking
: towards the closet like there was something in it that was going to get her. I let her
: out or her cage expecting that she would run up me arm. Instead, she ran out of the cage
: to the top when we keep an old blanket that we put over the cage during the night when
: we think they might be cold. I found her cuddled into a fold and she crabbed at me when I tried
: to take her out, so I left her ther for the rest of the day. The next day the same thing happened, and the
: next day, and the next day. This has been going on for over a year. Moe sleeps in the blanket outside of the
: cage during the day while I am gone. She gets really cranky when I don't let her out in the morning when
: I get up, so now when she hears my alarm go off, I hear her get ou of the nesting box and she waits for
: me to let her out. SPOILED! My new baby now sleeps up there with Moe-they love it! I have only caught
: them out of it a couple of times during the day, like when we had the Christmas tree and they wanted to check it out!
