One of my gliders took about a 1 1/2 years
to learn to glide. Even now she doesn't do it
that well. She definately was afraid of heights.
YOu can't really teach them to glide, except by tossing
them, and that's pretty cruel.

Are its flaps developed? My gliders took a long time
to fully develop, so that might of been her problem.
Just start your glider off with mini jumps, 2-3 inches,
and then get higher as she becomes used to the height,
and eventually hopefully she will catch on.
