i'm upset that you would let your glider live in such a cold place in the first place. i'm even more upset that this has happened twice. if you go down to the basement to visit your glider and YOU get cold then imagine how cold your glider is. small animals cannot retain heat like a larger animal. obviously if your glider almost froze to death once already then you should've moved him upstairs or bought a space heater for him. i keep my gliders downstairs (i live in mid bc, canada) but I ALWAYS check the temp and they have a space heater going all day. please be more careful with your glider and please buy him a space heater and set it at the proper temp.
