I keep a little kit with me and it has
1) Tiny container of Quick stop (styptic) powder (in the event of a caught/ripped nail or clipping too close. It's never happened yet, but it's good to know it's there just in case!)
2) Small pair of baby (safety) nail scissors (You never know when they will tangle themselves tightly in something...this happened once when my son had a helium balloon and it floated where the gliders could reach the string....good thing I was right there!)
3) clean-up wipes (obvious reasons!)
4) small vial of water (combats overheating and dehydration in warmer weather)
5) treat container of dried fruit (don't need them getting hypoglycemic in the event your car breaks down -etc- and you're out longer than you thought you'd be)
6) An information card (what to do with my glider in the event something happens to me, and who to contact)
ummm.....seems like I'm forgetting a few things, but I'm too tired to think much tonight!
