I usually get the frozen mixed veggies *sweet corn, sweet peas,
green beans, carrots, and lima beans*. I usually get about
1/2 cup out of the bag, run warm water on it, let it set for
a minute or two *until the veggies thaw*, and then pour the
water off. I'll put a little tuna or boiled chicken in
w/the veggies and mix it all up. Mine seem to really enjoy
the change from fruit.
