Maybe you should add one of your old , stinky shirts to his cage so he has a sort of "comfort object" . I got my baby boy Ashes about a month and a half ago, and Gwenny was overjoyed to have a playmate after four months ( I kept Gwenny in her old cage beside Ashes in the new one for a full week before I put them together . They're a lot happier and more active now .
