Sad to say, your gliders probably ate the baby .
This is usually caused by stress, or more commonly calcium deficiency . Are your gliders getting the proper diet? Or could the baby have falled out and been snatched through the wire by one of your other pets? ( This happened to me with a baby rabbit once- it got stuck in the wire while I was away and the cat killed it) . I hope this helps!
