Hi,
For starters, I think bonded and tamed are two different things...tame gliders, so I hear, are fun to have a pets, but they are not attached to one person. I've been to a pet store that had a tame glider, and it would jump around to various people and climb in their shirts, etc., but it didn't have on specific person it was bonded to. I'm not sure what all distinguishes the two - I can only give you my own experience. Eos is bonded to me - she also loves my husband, but she isn't bonded to him. When I pick her up or get her from the cage, she will crawl straight into my shirt to her place, and she will sing, and click happily. If my husband gets her out, she will tolerate him, but she doesn't react the same way. He has to PUT her in his shirt, and she usually crabs at him when he does. She will sometimes jump over to him, but I am home base. Also, I expected, for some reason, that she would be at "maximum bond" after a month...but our relationship has become increasingly close and special. She didn't sing or click like she does for several months. Now, she is sort of extending her close relationship with me to him also...she will sometimes click and sing to him too. Bonding is hard to define to someone who doesn't have a glider...but you'll probably know it when you see it.

Hope this helps,
Tiffany
