Does either of your gliders have a bald spot on their fore head? If so than you have a male. Otherwise, I have seen my female on my male too. I think, It probably is a way of showing dominance.

: Okay, not to be inappropriate here but I have two females. 1 is 11mos and the other is a year and a half and the other night I caught them engaging in what would definately be considered mating behavior.. One was on the others back and well.....you know. I am really confused do I have homosexual gliders or could this be a dominance thing like dogs sometimes do.
