Yes, you should clip her nails. My glider Roo, falls too, but they grow back in less than a week, I clip every other week. If you don't clip you will eventually have tons of scratches all over your arms and hands which will soon turn into scars, it happened to me, then I clipped her nails, and my arms healed.
