I feed three a night each. Their fat content is overhyped and noone considers that all live insects fed are a great source of calcium and I mean from the inside cells not the exoskeleton. Every cell of an insect needs calcium for its usrvival including its guts muscles etc. So levels like I have been feeding for the past 3.5 years seems to help the health and certainly doesnt cause obesity.

: how many should i give them a day? i did 2 each tonight....i think i remember someone saying they were high in fat. how many do you feed yours?
