The breeder told me to just feed her soft stuff for awhile - yogurt, baby food, etc. Her main staple was Nutri-Glider mixed w/ applesauce. She had a little bird trough to eat from, and I had to gently put her nose in it (very briefly!), so that she would learn to lap it up. She learned pretty fast.
As babies, it seems like they eat many small meals. I think someone said recently an adult glider eats 2T. of food per day, on average.
