I would be VERY careful introducing the joeys... they may still pose a 'threat' to the dominant female.
If you decide to try it, wait until they are completely independant... just in case you need to pull them. Plus, they will at least be able to fend a little for themselves.

hmmm.... You could always re-introduce them by placing the dominant female into their cage... it may confuse her enough not to be too aggressive to the smaller ones.
