: : I know this may sound kind of ignorant on my behalf, but how am I supposed to pick up my glider? I have had him for about a month and am yet to have to pick him up, say from his sides. For the most part I hold my hand out in front of him and he jumps on.

: Well, the way that is working for you is not bad. If you do want to pick him up I would suggest kind of scooping him from the rear and a little off to the side. If you go at their heads sometimes they will take a defensive stand or bite because they are threatened, if you scoop them from the rear end and cup them they do not have a chance to bite and it doesn't scare them. This is how I pick up my girl all the time. As far as the pocket are you trying this while he is sleeping or when he is awake? My Klyde doesn't dig "pockets" either but she will find another spot betwen two shirts that is to her liking, but only during "sleep" time. hope this helps ROX&

I was wondering if you know when during the daytime, when they are sleeping, I can hold them. Or should I leave them till nightfall. Can I carry them places I go sometime. I just got a pair a week ago. I havnt bonded yet or anything. Im letting them get used to me first. I do not know how or when to carry them around places or when I should. Thanks, I thought you can be of some help.
