If they can spend time in a pouch isnt' it safe to take them with you. : It depends on the bond you have with your glider. I wouldn't recommend taking them anywhere until you have a very tight bond. Then you won't have to worry about them running away from you. Mine will all either stay in my shirt or in their pouch when we go places. It's just as natural for them to be with me during the day as it is for them to be in their cage. They sleep just the same and I have to wake them up if people want to see them. They'll come out and be social for a few minutes but are ready in just a few minutes to get back to their sleep. : As far as leashes go. I've tried several. My gliders hate them. I can get it on them but then they act like I've put hand cuffs on them and they don't move. But since I don't need them I don't even bother. They just hang useless on the wall. I've heard some other people who have had better luck with them...they just don't do for me. : Good luck
