Its best to give them a wide variety of foods and to vary the selection every night.
All the people with lots of experience with and knowledge of gliders each have their own diet. To give them the best possible diet, you should follow these 2 steps:
1) Read, Read, Read, Read! Everything you can; some of the information out there is bogus or a little off...you'll start to recognize the good stuff after a lot of searching.
2) Find a vet who specializes in exotics, set up an appointment to get your buddy checked out, and discuss your research about the diet with her/him.
