Mine do that a lot when they are calling one another--kinda like talking to each other. I am in the process of introducing a baby girl to my to males and they click to get each others attention from across cage bars or across the room on will click and the others will come running. Also when my babies are sleeping sometimes they will make a more deep throated click/chatter, sorta like suching air in. They do this along with purring to show their contentment. Have a great day!!
