I think any harness, no matter where you get them, can be deadly to a glider. Iv heard of terrible stories that has happened,for instance,ripping the membrane from trying to jump,choking,causing death or internal damage.Most people who have had a long time experience with gliders would probably agree.I am new to the gliders but did research on them for a year.I have asked the same common questions also to find out we all have basicly the same thing to say and agree on.If you feel better trying it out for yourself,then do so.Please watch him/her closely,and maybe guide your hands around him/her so if it has a problem,your hand is there to protect it.Can you visualize what I mean?Some has had good experience, and some has had bad.Take it into you own judgement of what is best for your glider.Hope to help in anyway possible.
