I currently have my two gliders a good sized two level cage built just for gliders. I also have a very nice, large terrarium that has recently been vacated. I thought that I might convert this other cage into the gliders new home. What I would do is get some wire meshing similar to what the regular cage is made of to line the back and sides of the glass in the terrarium. I would also be able to contruct more things inside for the to play with. Swings perches and hide-aways would all be possible that are really hard to do in their present home. Does anyone see a problem with using this cage in such a way? Don't confuse a terrarium with an aquarium. This one is very well vented, and has a built in heating unit on the bottom. I think they would really enjoy the extra room. Let me know if you think this is a bad idea.
