I dearly love my little Eos and think she is the best possible pet, but I had the same concern before I got her. Everyone always says how great they are, and I wanted to know the downside...
I would say one of the hardest things about them is the time they require (you always have to watch them and they always need company.) Someone summed it up to me really well by saying it is like having a child with all the independence of a 16 year old and the defenses of an infant...they are curious and tend to get into EVERYTHING! The other thing I worry about a lot is her diet...but everyone here is really helpful on that subject.
