I had the same problem last weekend, but ended up using a travel cage and their pouch.I only had a 5 hour drive each way, but my two males slept all of the driving time. Most of the time they were in their pouch sleeping.I only had them in their cage at night.Do you have a vet for them that boards? That may be another option.----------: I have two male SG's and I have to go away for a week to a conference. I know that my guys require a lot of interaction and would like to know if I could leave them with a pet sitter for a week (with probably no interaction since they come out so late) and will they be okay for that time period? I am thinking about cancelling this conference as a result of this dilema but I really need to attend for the credit hours. And, no I can't take them with me because I will be driving 18 hours and can't fit there huge cage in my little car. Besides I don't think the hotel would be too keen on it either. Any suggestions?
