Please be careful. At only 5 weeks, your baby is fragile and could easily be injured by the older male. I would probably put them in seperate rooms to avoid stressing her out. If she goes off her feed and water, she could die in a day or so. I wouldn't reintroduce them until she is at least 4 or 5 months old.
