Call an animal hospital IMMEDIATELY. preferrably one that deals in exotics...
but if none are available, take the best possible choice you have.
All of these symptoms are caused by many different illnesses/problems...
too many to make guesses.
(if she has been out of her cage, look for possible poisons she could have gotten into and be sure to tell them and/or take the item with you.)
