Message: Keep in mind that I feel my glider is not fully bonded. I am a bit confused about the 2hr minimum rule. Books, breeders and owners say that you need to spend at least two hours if not more with your sugar glider to keep it from being lonely. I know that actively interacting with your glider for most of this time would be ideal. What if you carry your glider around but not constantly interacting because she is sleeping. Does this constitute spending more than two hours with it? Another point is that I let my glider have at least two hours out of cage time for her to explore every nook of my room and occasionaly retrieve her. Does this meet the minimum two hour rule? All opinions greatly appreciated. Austin, TX glider,
