No...I don't want to start something! Your solution sounds reasonable...ground bugs are more likely to get into stuff than flying ones.

: I can understand taking some precautions regarding your SG, however, lest I invoke the ire of the antiseptic SG owner, I don't think an occasional moth (mine love them!) from the outside would unnecessarily put your SGs to risk. We get a LOT of Miller moths at this time of year and I feed my SGs live ones that they love to catch and eat. As far as ground dweling bugs go, that may be somewhat more risky...
