It may be best to wait until the baby is a little older before introducing her to your 1 yr old. Sometimes the weanlings will try to hitch a ride on their new cagemates and it is NOT appreciated.

: I will be getting a new female baby in the next few days and I currently have a 1 yr old female. I was looking for some advice on how to bond with the baby without neglecting the 1 yr old and what is the best way to introduce them to each other?
