You can find bag balm in the pet section of walmart. If you can't find it their try your pharmasist. They can usually get it in in 24 hrs. You can also try adding a humidifier to the room.

: Does anyone recommend anything for slightly cracked ear edges. I don't know if this is normal at all or something that can be treated. My glider(16 weeks old) is very healthy and good natured, but seems to hae this very slight dryness on the other edge of his ears.
