The only real way to know if it took, is to keep watch and look for the pea. There is no guarantee that it took or that you will get one, two or three babies. The only problem is that they mate again soon after the joeys move into pouch, where the next set will stay until the the mom weans the first set. so getting the male fixed will not mean that their won't be another set of babies.

: Last night I actually saw my babies breeding. Now, how accurate is one or two times.I mean, are they guaranteed to have offspring? I do want one or two babies, but that is it. Then, I will have him fixed.
: I am new to gliders, so I would not know exactly how the gestation period is(i know about 16 days, but how do i know "it" happened?), what to look for the first couple of weeks, will she get pregnant the first, second time or could it take time.
