Bonding consists of carrying your glider around in a pouch or pocket and interacting, and there is no 2 hour rule. My glider is greatly bonded to me and there are somedays when I can barely pick her up at all, and she is fine. It all depends on your schedule. But try to carry her around in a pouch while you do daily chores. Hope this helps.
