And the food they were giving them was canned fruit cocktail and cat food. I asked the store manager if she was aware that they were not providing a good diet and she said that they do just fine on that. I also mentioned that they should really have a dark place to sleep and she said that then people wouldn;t be able to see them and they wouldn't sell. I told her that by showing them like this, people are going to think that is how they should care for them. She didn't seem to think anything was wrong with that. Is there anything I can do or someone I can call. I would have bought them but that would just be encouraging them to get more to sell.

You should post the location and name of this store so others can go in and try to educate the owner. Also call you state's USDA office and make sure the store is licensed to sell gliders. Many aren't.
