i know how you feel...i have the saem type of store here in CT......except they keep them in a 10 gal aquarrium......i went in one day and tried to talk to them...but i don't think they even cared.....i tried the animal protection agency here, but they couldn't/wouldn't do anything because there aren't any laws governing it in the state...hope you have better luck.
