I was looking at some newsletters on the USDA site and they said that pet stores are manditorily inspected every 3 years. They will inspect more often if they receive complaints. Unfortunately I can't find the right department of the USDA office to complain to. If anyone knows who I should contact please let me know. I will keep looking.
