I have not gotton my sugarglider yet but in all my research I would say that any reputable breeder would not be selling babies at that age. I have always heard that they should be fully furred with a fluffy tail and also eating on their own at the time of sale. Is that person USDA licensed?? Doesn't sound like that person cares too much for the animals. It's sad, but their are a few breeders out there like that, although most are very good and love all their animals.
