Just my opinion, but I think that when it comes to cages, size does matter. I have a 4x3x2 (roughly) and it sits on a 2ft. trunk. Mine also get alot of out of the cage playtime, but recently my hubby and I were both sick, and didn't get them out. It was then that I realized just how small their cage was compared to the space they play in everynight.
That together with those sad little faces begging to come out was enough to send me a a nice little trip... a GUILT trip! :) And started us thinking of getting a bigger cage.
Recently I heard of a "heated" debate on cages, I won't mention any names(Bourbon)hehe okay, I lied, but perhaps she might share what was discussed? I found it very interesting, and it explained why when my gliders are out playing they always run around on the floor! :)
