Whew! Yes they will go back into the pouch completely a after they have come OOP. It should be for just a few days because they will become two big very soon. The joey should remain OOP soon.

: ok..like i said i thought there were 2 babies since i saw 2 tails,but then only saw 1 baby emerge,last night the baby was totally oop,it was alone,but mommy came running in when i peeked.
: Ok so last night i heard some hissing,and went to check on them..I could not find baby anywhere! checked the nest,the cage,and mommys belly,nothing. figured maybe they ate it:( was all depressed .
: Well decide this morn to get back to my petting ritual since there was no baby to bother..and viola..there is baby huggin mommy!
: Where could the baby have been? they can't climb back into the pouch can they? and surely i wouls have seen the bulge if it had.
