I got the total run around trying to get ahold of anyone at the USDA. I finally wrote a letter to PETA. One of their cruelty caseworkers is helping me. She is checking their licensing to sell pocket pets and to see if she can get them to do an inspection. She is also going to send me some information in the mail about what you can do about animal cruelty. They have a pretty informational web site.
