Take her with you. After reading and hearing horror stories, I have resolved to take Eos anywhere in the US that I go. I have one friend who's glider died of lonliness while she was on a two-week vacation, and not long ago someone on this board lost a glider because the caretaker was careless w/ it. I just wouldn't trust anyone but another owner/breeder with her...she's too important to me and others don't understand how much like babies they are. Eos travels w/ DH and I all the time. We have a smaller cage for her, and she stays in my shirt in the day time. When in hotels, we pile pillows or clothes over the cage to sneak the cage in and out of the hotel. Take some familiar toys and a small ice chest for her food.
:) Good luck,
Tiffany
