Work with him. Bond to him... you'd be suprised at how much difference a little time and love can do. When I got my glider, he was only semi-tame. He woiuld bite and crab a lot.. I kept him with me as much as possible, and spent a lot of time with him, and now he's as sweet as can be. Also, make sure that the area that you have your glider in, like when you are handling him, is calm and safe.

Nuetering him will help things, too. Just make sure to give him plenty of recovery time before you start messing with him.
