: Anywhere from $150-500, depending on where you live. Gliders are ILLEGAL in some states and in some cities...you would need to make sure there is no law against them.

You have to cut up fresh fruit and veggies for them EACH DAY...and you have to balance their diet just right so they don't get sick. Some food you buy has to be mixed in a blender with other things. You can buy Brisky's pellets, but gliders cannot live on only that type food..they need other type things too. Also, you will have to buy insects, feed the insects gut packing, and then feed the glider the insect or worm. It is very gross. :P

: A cage in your house needs to be very big - gliders in the wild jump and glide long distances, so they do not want to be cooped up. Eos's cage is 2x2x4, which is on the small side. A travel cage varies in size - Eos's is a large bird cage. Also keep in mind that traveling with gliders can also be against the law...planes, crossing state lines, etc.

: You need to do some serious research...maybe get a book to read about taking care of gliders. Try to talk to people who live near you that have owned a glider. Ask them what problems they have had. Gliders bite. They poop and pee everywhere. They scratch you. You must be prepared to care for them for 15 years! Think where you will be in the next 15 years...High school, maybe college...busy with boyfriends and sleepovers. What about if you live in a dorm or apartment? What will you do then? It is cruel to get rid of a glider because they bond to YOU! Are you ready to be a mother? Could you take care of a baby all by yourself? This is the level of responsibitity you are taking on.
